Returns.

I’m happy to accept online returns within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund or an exchange for an item of equal value. However, the customer will have to pay for return shipping and items returned after the 30-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in undamaged and clean condition. 

To make a return, please email hello@zerodeluxe.shop with your order number.

Once I receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and, if applicable, for an exchange to be shipped.

If your return is accepted and a refund is required, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.
