Firstly, Zero Deluxe is just me, myself and I.

I package every order with care and love and personally take orders to my local Post Office : )

Please allow 3-5 business days for me to process your order. I typically ship within a week of receiving your order - unless it’s a PRE-ORDER, in which case a longer processing/shipping time would be specified on the product page.

• I ship everything as ‘signed for’ via the Post Office from the UK.

• UK orders typically arrive within 2-3 days.

• International orders can take 1-2 weeks.

If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. I cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.
